Hi,
I have been using common Apache's content negotiation feature for years.
Yesterday, I noticed that it is disabled now (and charset=UTF-8 is always
added to response headers).

http://www.nongnu.org/riece/index.html.ja (written in ISO-2022-JP but
charset=UTF-8 is forced)
Could you put the setting back?
