Details:

Today I uploaded the homepage of arg_parser (nongnu), but later I couldn't
upload the homepage for GNU Moe. `cvs commit' says `Permission denied
(publickey)'. I have replaced my old rsa key with a dsa key as the docs say,
but I still can't upload the page. cvs says moe.html is "no longer in the
repository", but it is.
