Details:

I'm trying to figure out if there are any other options available for
updating emacs-muse's web area than CVS.  rsync access would be optimal.  git
access would be acceptable.

If there was absolutely no other way to update the page, I could use CVS, but
it would be distasteful, since pretty much the entire website will be
autogenerated by Emacs Muse (with the exception of the Texinfo-generated
manual).
