No you did not, see below.

That should rather be cvs.sv.nongnu.org. Access to sv.nongnu.org
is disabled for everyone. The only 'systems' you can actually
access are cvs.sv.gnu.org, git.sv.gnu.org, svn.sv.gnu.org, etc.

This should 'fix' the problem you reported. If it doesn't, feel free
to report back.
As a final note, after adding a new key in the web interface you should
wait longer than an hour as authorized-key files are updated via a cron job.
