Details:

I'd like to ask to add an option to allow selecting date/time display format
in user preferences. Perhaps offering direct PHP date() or stftime() format
string.

I'd like to see an option to set ISO 8601 date and timestamps for all
displayed pages.

As savannah is used from geographically varied locations, perhaps this could
be even be the default time format.
