No, and that's something I still can't explain myself. Before, a
multi-files commit sent multiple mails -- one mail to emacs-commit
containing the commit message, and per-file message diffs to
emacs-diffs. If a multi-file commit touches 15 files, you'd get 1
message at emacs-commits and 15 at emacs-diffs. This was entirely
consistent with the old Emacs commit policy.
I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior when diffs and commit
logs are sent to separate lists.
Now a multi-files commit is sent as a single message to emacs-diffs,
just like Stefan Monnier requested.
