That was written a bit in a hurry...
New try:
I've setup the texmacs project to use Subversion.
I've followed the instructions at
https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/CvSToSvN
and converted the CVS repository to SVN, and upload the dump to:
http://download326.mediafire.com/9ewz1yihn0yg/2mzrjzgzzmi/texmacs-svn.tar.gz
