Follow-up Comment #4, sr #106704 (project administration):

Yes, I'd rather see non-spam quicker! I like to be nice to people who take
the trouble to write. Is there some way that notification could be delayed to
take into account the typical time that asynchronous spam filtering takes, if
it's less than an hour on average? Or is there really nothing to be done? I'm
just surprised if so, as I haven't seen this setup on another system (I
suppose because asynchronous spam filtering is rare?).
