I found these instructions:

but I'm stumped pretty much immediately. I have the gpg application, but no
idea how to use it. The linked page says:

"You can write down here your (ASCII) public key (gpg --export --armor
keyid)"

When I created my project a few years back I was able to upload, but I have
no idea how I did that.


So do I type "gpg --export --armor keyid" literally? I tried that and
obviously it didn't work.
