hi charlie - i'll send you new passwords for the lists.  i've never looked
into the "Reset List Admin Password" feature on /mail/admin and don't know why
it's failing, sorry.  certainly nothing has changed wrt the savannah code in
recent times.

btw, the lists appear to be set up in a rather suboptimal way, discarding
plenty of real mail and allowing spammers who know how to subscribe.  maybe
that's what you wanted the admin passwords to fix :).  i suspect it was a
misguided attempt to deal with spam by silently discarding mail from
non-subscribers, but that simply doesn't work.

our approach to spam handling is described at http://listhelper.nongnu.org. 
i'd be happy to tweak the list configs to use it if you like.
