Follow-up Comment #3:

Both Savannah and Github appear to me to be at git revision
52ecbbea36439758590f0c31a0ec147fec041d7a.  What am I not seeing?

As far as I know there is no git push over https on Savannah.  I could easily
be wrong about this though.  I am basically new with regards to Savannah
configuration.  The git push security model uses ssh and unix group accounts. 
I will look into push over https on Savannah but no time until later.

You aren't using the "master" branch?

The pim branch on github is a direct descendent of master.  There is no need
to do a full re-import.  The additions can simply be "pushed" and they will
fast-forward onto master.

I am not in a position to do the push for you at this moment either.  But I
can get back to the keyboard later.
