Details:

On https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/administration/, it says "188
registrations pending" (ditto on thesavannah.gnu.org home page).  But if I
click on the "pending projects list" link there:
https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?group=administration&category_id=1&status_id=1&set=custom

the result is the (much better) 19.

Assaf? It would be nice if we didn't advertise having so many pending
submissions when we don't, thanks to your hard work :).
