Hello,

When you are logged-in to savannah, go to the account administration page:
  https://savannah.gnu.org/my/admin/

Then scroll down - at the bottom of the page there is a checkbox:
  "Hide email address from your account information" .

Note that even without checking this box, your email is only shown to
logged-in users.

However,
also note that by creating a new support ticket, an email with your request
was posted on the savannah-help-public mailing list, and subscribers to that
mailing list have seen your email address as well.
