Since I am the first to respond I will show my ignorance (this is
outside of my experience) and ask questions. I see the file. I see
an invalid character encoding in the file. It looks like an ellipsis
was not encoded properly along with the name. I see that it is in
this comment posting.

I see that on the web server the following configuration exists.
# Tracker export
Alias /export /var/cache/savane/
But I have no idea what those files are used for. Therefore I don't
know what "should be done". I suppose you are asking if we can edit
that post to fix the two ellipsis characters so that they get encoded
correctly. I think that could be done.
Done. I edited comment #6 to remove the three characters that caused
encoding issues.
On the true fix side of things the savane php code that generates that
xml export should be fixed to handle the encoding. But there isn't
anyone currently working on the php code. Until then the above is the
best I can offer.
