Bruce - you can update your gpg key at savannah at
https://savannah.gnu.org/my/admin/change.php?item=gpgkey
As Bob implies, there is no technical connection between savannah and
ftp-upload (e.g., nothing is automatically kept in sync), but I guess the FSF
sysadmins sometimes ask that savannah gpg key be updated as a matter of
policy.
