(picking up on old items)

I see a new savannah user has been created (
https://savannah.gnu.org/u/philnelson ).

The 'bc' projects predates savannah, and so there's no 'bc' project registered
on savannah (and, no 'bc' repositories on vcs0).

The 'bc' website ( https://www.gnu.org/software/bc/ ) is actually part of the
big gnu 'www' project (
http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewvc/www/www/software/bc/ ) - and so can
only be updated by gnu webmasters.

Phil,
If you want our help in creating a 'bc' project on savannah and making it
'just work' - let us know.
