Follow-up Comment #1, sr #109371 (project administration):

Yes, I second this.  The two-line column is ugly, and contains far too much
information.  (But don't abbreviate the year, so as to keep it obvious which
of the numbers is the year, for people whose locale uses a different
ordering.)

Maybe the "Submitted On" column could contain only the time for items that
were submitted within the last twelve hours or so, and only the date for older
items?  But if that is too much of a complication, just the date is fine.  But
when showing the time, please make it possible to choose the 24-hour system,
because seeing something like "06:47:14 PM CEST" is frustrating -- «No, it's
not 06:47 PM, it's 18:47!»
