Details:

After a move to a new machine with Manjaro I cannot access the cvs web pages
repositories as a project member.

$ cvs -z3 -d:ext:address@hidden:/web/isarmathlib co
isarmathlib
connect to address 209.51.188.81: Connection timed out
Trying 2001:470:142::81...
cvs.savannah.nongnu.org: Network is unreachable

I have added my ssh key as required and membership access to svn repositories
is working fine:

$ svn co svn+ssh://address@hidden/isarmathlib
Enter passphrase for key '/home/slawekadmin/.ssh/id_rsa':
A    isarmathlib/tags
A    isarmathlib/tags/isarmathlib-1.6.4
(...)

Also, attempt to log in with ssh works as expected:

$ ssh address@hidden
Enter passphrase for key '/home/slawekadmin/.ssh/id_rsa':
Linux vcs1.savannah.gnu.org 4.9.0-9-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.9.168-1+deb9u3
(2019-06-16) x86_64

The programs included with the Debian GNU/Linux system are free software;
the exact distribution terms for each program are described in the

You tried to execute:
Sorry, you are not allowed to execute that command.
Connection to cvs.savannah.nongnu.org closed.

Do you have any suggestions on what I can do to troubleshoot this?

Thanks and my apologies for submitting this previously to Chord Sequencer -
Support by mistake
