Dear Sir or Madam.
A few days ago my email account was hacked. With my e-mail address
alexander.kermas@gmail.com someone has illegally registered on your website.
I therefore ask you to close this account permanently and to cancel any
possible orders.

The fraud case has already been taken up with the Berlin police in Germany
with a criminal complaint against the perpetrator.
