Yes your listed IP address was in the block list. Strangely it was not
recorded in the ban log. That is not supposed to be possible. But it happened.
That's definitely a problem on our end.

I have unbanned your IP address from the block list. It should work for you
now.  I am going to close the ticket but would like a little bit of
information.

Is your ISP a mobile cell phone provider? It might be that it is using CG-NAT
Carrier Grade NAT which is mixing in a lot of IPs together. In which case this
might happen again. I am looking at improving our processes.
