Description:
------------
  Project's goal is to create independent/client (a node) application for
distributed database system. Application will help to fulfill mission of one
of the largest Polish non-govermental organization (NGO) engaged in taking
care of homeless people. Later it could be adapted for other NGOs.



Task, to be fulfilled:

1. Help to manage informations about organization's subjects.

2. Collect data from one region and prepare it to be spreaded to others.

3. Receive data from other regions.



The app. could be either independent entity or a part of distributed system -
according to abilities and/or necessities.

  I've already submit for project registeration (nickname nodenet), but I
think it would be better to split it to 2 parts as they could be fully
independent and probably licensed in another ways (GPL and LGPL).
