Hi Dmitry,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

You have missing the copyright and license notice in some files on
your tarball, please fix this. Keep in mind that any file with more
than ten lines long should carry on a copyright and license notice,
this rules include any shell script, makefile, etc. In order to learn
more about the GNU GPL consider to read the GNU GPL Howto here:

You wrote at the end of the copyright notice the words "All rights
reserved" this it is not necessary when you use the GNU GPL, consider
to remove these words.
