I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

Are you going to distribute all the documentation just using the
forums? if this isn't the case and you have all this documentation in
a tarball, please provide us with an URL to down load it or if you
prefer you can upload it to this tracker.

You must put a copyright and license notice in your docs files, to fix
