Description:
------------
  MSBilling (Multi Service Billing System). It will be developed with a view
to be taken up by GNU and renamed as GnuBilling. It is my effort towards free
software. It will support GnuRadius and provide billing facilities for dialup
isp, dsl, voip, post paid and prepaid features. It will be modular and will
be functional with minimal features. With the passage of time and feedback
more features will be added. It is being developed from scratch hence no
licensing issues will arise. It is not based on any other billing system code
or theme. It will be developed mainly in C++ however php5 and python2.4 will
provide scripting support. In the first phase it will collect data from
radius logs and CDRs. At some later stage it will be able to connect to
mysql, postgressql and to other databases via unixodbc. Do let me know if you

NO SOURCE CODE AVAILABLE at this stage.
