I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

You have the copyright and license notice missing in your file,
consider to fix this. To learn more about the GNU GPL consider to read
the follow URL:

   http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

On the other hand, consider to create a tarball and include inside a
file called 'COPYING' with a verbatim copy of the GNU GPL, this will
let the people who use your project read and learn too about the GNU
GPL.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide
us with an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we
will reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.
