I see that there is a entry in
http://www.gnu.org/server/standards/README.translations.html for Czech,
although there is no maintainer specified. Did you contact the GNU
translation coordinator? (address@hidden)
 
By the way, only projects that are official GNU packages can have 'gnu' in
their name. Would you mind if I rename the project system name to, for
example, wwwcs?

Translations are sent to the www.gnu.org webmasters for inclusion at
www.gnu.org. Do you intend to work this way?
