Follow-up Comment #2, task #4335 (project administration):

The project itself will be based completly on C++ (at least for beginning, it
might at later stage use some XML stuff). As for the libraries, it will be
based on Qt/KDE library. It will also use libstdc++, but I guess that's a
pretty common library. It will also use some headers such as dirent etc for
reading the mtab, fstab, but I presume that's pretty common on Linux though.
