If possible, could the project be kept pending for a short while
longer -- maybe until the end of the month?

I have had personal issues at my life keeping me from this project for
a while, but I absolutely plan to release the code, and soon.  I still
plan on hosting the project here, if possible.  However, if I do not
get the project up soon, I realize that it would be best to clear out
the project submission for now.

I am able to work on the project now, and plan to get restarted soon.
The code has been waiting for a polish before first release for a
while now, and I plan to get the 0.1 version out very soon.
