Follow-up Comment #2, task #4493 (project administration):

Programming language: C and Assembler (in hardware-dependable places in
common). C++ components could be attached either (possibly in the OS itself).
About the external libraries.. Actually there's no.. Except may be special
ones in glibc (floating point division and other low level ones).. and gcc
