We need to do something fast to put together a K-12 curriculum which is
licensed under the GPL.  There are very few GPL education projects.  I am
aware of:

But these are far from comprehensive.  Also, it is important to design the
curriculum according to Alfie Kohn's ideas:

In particular, we must consider the evidence presented in his Competition
book and Rewards book.

  I don't have any source code yet.  I want a project only to make the
problem and solution visible to everybody and attract developers.  I can
offer my experience for design, code review, and project management.
