Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

cmgl/test/test.sh says:
"are permitted in any medium without royalty provided the copyright"

So anybody can re-distribute this file without any license information? In
regarding to this, this file is public domain, isn't it?

But however, a file under 10 lines cannot be licensed. So can you please
remove the notices of this file?
