Description:

  This program can Encode any file with XOR encoding, it uses a fake random
algorithm for generating a key that equals File in size from a given password
by user. Decoding process is just like encoding because of XOR, it uses the
same algorithm for decoding.
 
 it's written in VB 6.0 with a nice GUI.

Other Software Required:

  Zeal Progressbar; that is free and can be provided with software.(its
license allows me to)
if there is problem with this thing i can change it with normal windows
progressbar that it's completly free
