Hi
Saoura is a web based project for
1 - Creating a web publishing free Contatent (GNU FDL)
2 - using free web langages and free data (php-mysql) and Perl if necessary 
2 - Mananging content with free CMS like wikini, spipi and joomla 
3 - Publishing howto creat web with Contatent managing sustem (CMS)
4 - Creating freesoftware networking diagnostic tools like nslookup, ping,
traceroute 
5 - To promote the opensource freesoftaware

I have note yet the URL  now.
My first projet freecontent was www.astronomie-dz.info based on classic web.
Now it is build with free joomla cms. The content is in frensh because the
collaborator are French-speaking.
