Follow-up Comment #4:

Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

First, you will be able fix the project description once the project is
approved.

I checked the code and there is little information about the copyright.

The file that are part of the project itself needs a copyright and a license
notice as described at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html and
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html

The files that are meant for the user's new project should be distinguished,
if you want to distribute them under a different license than the GNU GPL.
The simplest would probably be to add a header similar to autoconf's
configure:

# Copyright (C) 2003 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
# This configure script is free software; the Free Software Foundation
# gives unlimited permission to copy, distribute and modify it.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us
with an URL to an updated tarball of your project. Upon review, we will
reconsider your project for inclusion in Savannah.

Regards.
