Follow-up Comment #4, task #6620 (project administration):

OK, I've added copyright notices into every single source file.  Also, the
full license text is added into Makefile.

The new version is also attached to this reply.

I have a local SVN repository where I track the project progress.  Is it
possible to import repository history into Savannah upon approval?
