==== Description: ====
BLT3 project is a Web Framework, build on the Zend Framework and Dojo
Toolkit.

First version of BLT was released in 2004 (used in http://chema91.org),
second in 2005 (used in http://gpf.asso.fr). 

No sources were published. I propose the third version to be published under
the GNU GPL2 and the sources available on the Savannah repository.
