I do not think its worth the reprisal to be stating the reasons why Savannah
should not be the exclusive distribution point of a language project. 
Sourceforge.net, at least, does not demand exclusivity.

However, if you would like to host the preprocessor project, ctpp, that would
be acceptable, because the preprocessor is of widespread interest mostly as
part of Ctalk.
