[Savannah-register-public] Fwd: [task #7905] Submission of Automated language checks

Hi again,

Formally speaking this submission seems to be OK (ignoring the fact
that there is no tarball, hence no GPL copy).

However, I'd like to inquiry author for a detailed description just to
make sure the program does what it should and runs in a free
environment--w/o the description I can't really tell. :-)

Is it OK to do so or should I approve it right away?
