I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
There are 2 main issues in your application at the moment:
- The copyright and license notices in the source code are good, but the data
and documentation don't have any. Their origin is often unknown.
When files cannot carry copyright and license notices (e.g. binary files),
you can add a README file in the same directory containing them. Check
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for further
information.
In this case, we need to know the origin/author and the license
of the files in dat/ and doc/.
- Please update COPYING with the new FSF address. Updated versions of the
GPL, LGPL and GFDL can also be found at:
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt
Please register your project once more with these changes.
