Hi David,

I am reviewing your submission; I am quite new at this job so please excuse
any mistakes in the process. There are a couple of minor issues with the
tarball:
* The copyright statement at the top says "(c) DeMO, 2006, 2009, 2010; (c)
UWO Ltd., 2007, 2008". I understand that "DeMO" is not a legal entity, and I
don't know about "UWO Ltd". It is better if you use only legal entities (for
example your real name), although not necessary.
* You need to put the license header at the top of the README, INSTALL and
TUTORIAL files, instead of just a pointer to the COPYING file.

Can you correct at least the second issue and upload a new tarball? Thanks!
