Follow-up Comment #2, task #10524 (project administration):

Dear Mario,

Thank you very much for approving the project and changing the license field
to GPL 3+.

"test-network.dat" is a sample data file, which helps the users to have an
idea about the format of the input data. If the GPL header is included inside
this file, users have to manually take it out when testing the code, but as
you have mentioned I can specify the license of the same in the README. I hope
that will work.
