OpenRTI is an OSS implementation of a HLA (High Level Architecture)/RTI (Run
Time Imfrastructure) real time simulation system communication library.
It includes HLA/RTI 1.3, IEEE 1516 and IEEE 1516E standard c++ libraries.
OpenRTI aims to be easy to use as well as high throughput and low latency.
OpenRTI requires either a posix or win32 operation system interface and hence
runs on almost any operating system.
