Hi Jacob,

I am evaluating your submission on behalf of Savannah, sorry for the delay.

There are a few issues with the project:
* Some files lack the required GPLv2 headers, such as LineFont.src, Quint.pro,
src/ColorTables.h.
* Text-only files such as the README also require the headers, not necessarily
on top of the file.

Can you provide an updated tarball so we can continue with the process?
