Follow-up Comment #2, task #11187 (project administration):

Hello Mario,

don't worry about any delays.   I'm still working on "the finishing touches"
to the first release of the previous project I registered a few weeks ago.  (I
believe you were the one to approve that one too).  So yes I still intend to
host this project here but it might be a couple of weeks before I have time to
spend on it so there's no rush in case other matters require your attention.

PS: Maybe I should mention that the project home seems to be created already. 
I got an email from "root" a few days back saying that the project was
approved although this task was still open.
