Hi,

thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I evaluated your submission.

You don't include copyright and license notices in all source files
(configure.ac, Makefile.am, hdsobol.c). Please add them there they are
missing. Additionally, the copyright notice in hdsobol.c is wrong; it needs to
be in this form[0]:

Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 first copyright-holder
Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 second copyright-holder
Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 nth copyright-holder

If you want to know how to write copyright notices, look at the source files
which contain one, or take a look at [1].

Please upload a new tarball at the bottom of the task page
<https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?12744#attached> with the changes described
above.
