You requested registration of an official GNU package, and there is a separate
process for that; please see http://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html.

If you don't want to be a GNU package, we could evaluate it for nongnu
Savannah group (right now I should note that no real source code is provided
so far).

By the way, I don't think space may be an issue in this case; on the other
hand, if you just need a repository, I wonder whether it would be easier for
you to setup a local CVS repository.
