Hi,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.

The package you have uploaded contains some files without license text. For
example: HACKING, README, pkg.mk, the man pages, the files inside
Documentation folder...

The rule is: if a file has more than 10 lines, it must provide a license
header. That includes man pages, README files, ChangeLog, Autotools files like
Makefile.am or configure.ac, test code, examples..

for more information, and update your files.

If you are willing to make the changes mentioned above, please provide us with
an URL to an updated tarball of your project.  Upon review, we will reconsider
your project for inclusion in Savannah.
