Hello,

I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah. While doing
so I have noticed a few problems which are described below.

- The registration details of the project you have submitted contains
grammatical errors. It is recommended, but not required, that these be
corrected for transparency and archival purposes, and the project then be
re-submitted.

- You have listed "gnu" in the section "Other Software Required". You should
clarify on exactly what GNU software is required for your project.

- The description of the project is vague: "timely and convenient use of the
os" is ambiguous. You should clarify on exactly what the project does and
briefly explain its uses.

- The source code tarball you have provided appears to have issues: I only see
two Unix executables and a locale folder inside. Please ensure that this is
the right tarball for the source code.

- There is no LICENSE, COPYING, or README file that clearly states that the
project is licensed under GPL. Please add licensing information.

- There is no licensing information included at the top of all source files.
Please ensure that every source file includes a header indicating that the
project is licensed under GPL.

- The name of the tarball you've provided is named "sgdc". Are you sure this
project should be called "a697858"? You may want to choose a name that better
defines the function of this software.

- It is unclear whether this project relies on a non-free operating system.

Please register your project once more with the changes mentioned above. Make
sure to apply all changes requested, so you will only need to re-register
once. The re-registration URL found in our acknowledgment of your earlier
registration will direct you to the proper location where you can re-register
your project.
