Hi Pavel,

Sorry for the late response but we have been busy with preparing a new
release¹ where hopefully most of your concerns have been fixed. Some other
which didn't get in time for release has already been fixed in git².

Not sure if this qualifies enough or you have any other comment about things
that could be improved.

Regarding your personal comment: the "shamelessly copied from" was once a
somewhat common and jokingly way to give credit, probably more common a decade
ago than nowadays.

Anyway it doesn't mean we're not fully aware of your remarks ;-)
