Thank you for submitting a new project to host at GNU Savannah.

In order for us to review the project, the submission should me made in
English. 

Please also provide a tarball of the source code you would like to host on
GNU Savannah, as part of the evaluation process is ensuring the source code
is licensed under a suitible Free Software license.

Addtionally, I would ask you to clarify the license of this project - 
Your submission indicates that it's LGPL, but also points to another license
(LPP?)
which is not in English and therefore can not be checked.

Please, let us know when these are addressed and we could continue with the
evaluation.
